Return Policy

We currently only accept returns in un-used and un-opened condition. Please contact us before shipping any returns as you will need to get a Return Authorization Number from us before shipment. If you do not have this number you may not get credit for your return.

General Returns

We will issue a full refund or exchange if the item is in New and Unused condition.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order.

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with your returned order.

Damaged Goods

Items Damaged while in transit will be replaced at no charge to you. If the package looks visibly damaged when being delivered, do not accept the damaged delivery. If you find your order was broken or damaged after opening please contact us immediately.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is defective or not operable after opening, please contact the manufacturer directly to receive warranty service.
