The inaugural Waseca Sleigh & Cutter Kite Festival was held over the weekend. There were over 1,000 people in attendance and it seemed everyone had an amazing time. The event was put on by Great American Kites, an organization that puts on kite shows all over the US. Featuring a collection of over 160 inflatable, show-stopping, kites, Great American Kites truly knows how to put on an amazing show.
